Customer service -- mostly relying on FAQs, not personal representatives -- were immune to real concern, excusing themselves by saying "I'm sorry you feel that way," or "we informed you," or "the system processed this and there is nothing I can do" What kind of service is that?

Damn near impossible to get a human to help you. Can barely understand anyone that did answer the phone after 5 different numbers called for help. Your stores never have stock.
Had them for WAY too long! Their "unlimited data" is a joke! But it doesn't work. After you buy the packs, speed is still ultra slow.

I never have service the internet is slow, always dropping calls, missing calls the calls don't even ring on my phone messages come thru the next day do NOT get service thru Boost Mobile! As I went into the year they kept sending me messages saying my data is running out, so I had to buy an add on. I did that but yet it still said that it was running out. My bill kept going up for some reason so I went to them and they said it's bc of my data.
Do not get boost. Get T-Mobile or just something better for a better price. I bought 2 galaxy 10e phones from boost mobile and they couldn't even activate them bc of no 5G service for this area. Took 2 months to any money back and they made me pay for shipping to get the money back! Dropped them like the calls on their poor service!

He took his time explaining exactly what he needed and how I could get the information so he could turn on my phone. He remained positive throughout the entire call and even made small talk while waiting for the for the results to go through. So much malware on the phone now that they include in their stupid pop up ads that it crawls at a turtle's pace, hell even the password lock lags now.

Dont give up the reps all mostly do bad work but you may across a couple good ones. DO NOT get a plan with boost. They have been bought out by dish and their coverage is about to become serious trash especially for 4G and higher. Unlimited won't mean nothing and eventually they will become a nightmare now especially going into T-Mobile took over sprint in July and they don't like Boost so any phone over 10 will not be reliable and all phones will have worse coverage as each day comes until they file for bankruptcy.
This has been the worst service ever this month. I have been contacting them since the 3rd of August and these people dont even tell you the truth at first they blame it on the tower then the next week they try to trouble shoot your phone and it still end up acting up I have two lines with them and I feel like I have been robbed of my money this month is my final month with them even if I have to pay a little extra each month for my bill.
